I’m a senior UX designer with 9 years of experience working across research, delivery, and strategy.
I lead cross-functional teams through the full design process. From discovery and user research through to prototyping, usability testing, and post-launch iteration. I’m comfortable running stakeholder workshops, synthesising qualitative and quantitative data, and turning messy, competing requirements into clear user-centred solutions.
I’ve worked in agile environments on products at significant scale, where design decisions carry real commercial weight. I know how to advocate for the user when the pressure is on, and how to bring stakeholders with me rather than around them. My work is grounded in design thinking but measured by outcomes, whether that’s adoption rates, NPS, complaint reduction, or revenue impact.
I’m also a pragmatist. When time and budget are tight, I know which parts of the process to protect and which to adapt without compromising the quality of the result.
Hiking, wild camping, cycling – I recently cycled from London to Rome. Playing or watching sports. Running, eating Indian food, photography, drawing. Gigs and festivals feel like home.
Most recently, 18 months exploring the world… different cultures, different ways of solving problems, different ways of living. It’s made me a more empathetic designer, which matters when you’re building products for people whose lives look nothing like your own.
